Daily Schedule

 

When your child enters school each morning, he or she is greeted by a teacher. By 8:00am, all children should be present.

 

7:45am-9:30am - Free Choice (inside). Self-directed and teacher-directed activities. Basic curriculum areas include: art and sensory table, music, science, manipulative and building area, dramatic play, language and math (cognitive). Children will be given the chance to explore and use learning centers and equipment of their choice.

 

9:30am-9:45am - Snack Time . A healthy snack will be provided.  Social interaction will be encouraged.

 

9:45am-10:00am - Bathroom Break*.

 

10:00am-11:00am - Outdoor Play.

 

11:00am - Meet at Circle to get Center Assignments.

 

11:15am-11:30am - Learning Center 1.

 

11:30am-11:45am - Learning Center 2.

 

11:45am-12:00pm - Learning Center 3.

 

12:00pm - Lunch. (Optional)

 

12:30pm - Half time students leave.

 

12:30pm-1:00pm - Bathroom Break*, and Clean Up.

 

1:00pm-3:00pm - Nap & Rest Time.

 

3:00pm-3:30pm - Bathroom Break*, Clean Nap Area, Snack.

 

3:30pm-4:00pm - Free Time in Centers. (or Outdoor Play)
